I love to workout. Weightlifing is part of my life. I have learn alot from people showing me different workout routines and the different lifts to do and how to do those lifts. Reading material that I have done about weightlifting and working out in general has taught me alot. I know for your recovery after your workout that protein is essentail for your diet if you want to gain in size and strength.

I do not want to be that muscular, no. I will never take steroids (though I've taken some androstene, before, which was legal at the time and is no longer for NCAA athletes). I used to take creatine, but never to become like these guys on your blog, Shannon. I think the body is not meant to be like them; assuredly, I do not have the time to invest in body-building, either. My self-esteem/ego is just fine looking the way I do. I just try to stay fit, keeping my cholesterol low and my mind active.
ew no that is disgusting! why would a girl EVER want to be that buff! and as far as guys, if they get that big sick i wouldnt even want that in a boyfriend, its like fake.
NO I am small and i like to stay small never big as the guy on your page.
I dont think i would ever want to be quite that big because thats just plain to much. Its just to much of a waste of time and not all that worth it.
I would never want to be that big to tell you the truth but i would like to be bigger in my eyes u lift way too much when u get to big that big and i probably could never see me that big and wouldnt be able to fit threw my door of my house.
No I would not want to be that big I would still feel like I couldnt move threw doors and stuff and getting into my little car would prob be really hard for me since I would be so big and It would just feel bad
If I was tall and looked good I would love to be that big but as of now I would have to disagree with being that big and have that much muscle.
no i would never want to be that buff if it was really up to me id like to be strong but not to be so strong i actually become weak and frail so no i wouldn't want to.
I wouldn't want to be that big, because the second that the person stops they would gane weght really fast.
