I love to workout. Weightlifing is part of my life. I have learn alot from people showing me different workout routines and the different lifts to do and how to do those lifts. Reading material that I have done about weightlifting and working out in general has taught me alot. I know for your recovery after your workout that protein is essentail for your diet if you want to gain in size and strength.
